CHALLENGE: Help the bank with a funny name and a refreshing, Northwesty approach to everything from design to customer service stand out from the sea of banky-banks.
SOLUTION: A charming, conversational tone and focus that seems very, well, unbankmanlike. (Although this campaign was bought, and then unceremoniously unbought, it’s always been a favorite.)
