CHALLENGE: It used to be that in order to have a clean, private, consistent place to pump, you just relied on stall number 3 in the women's restroom. (Or god forbid, the single, shared bathroom for 50+ people at one agency where I freelanced.) Times are a-changin', thank goodness, but not fast enough.

SOLUTION: Go where the pumping moms are and encourage them to share their pain. And with the help of MomsRising, spread the word about a simple right that benefits moms, employers, and of course, hungry babies.

RESULTS: Huge awareness, companies everywhere pledging to provide a proper pumping room for moms, and a signed petition taken to Capital Hill.
